Form 5: EHO - REGISTRATION OF FOOD BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT

You should have provided your HSE registration number in Form 1: Mandatory Information.

If not, please send to operations@equinoxevents.ie by Thursday, March 30th.

If you are not already registered, stalls and mobile vehicles must register as a food business with the local HSE Environmental Health Office, where the vehicle/stall and/or the stocks of food to be sold are ordinarily kept. If you make food from a restaurant you will still also need to register as a stall.

• Mandatory for anyone preparing food or drink for onsite consumption.

• You should register at least 28 days before opening. To register online go to https://ehonline.hse.ie/ . It’s free to register, and your registration cannot be refused. This is a two stage process:

• Step 1: Register for the portal.

• Step 2: Then go back into submit your food business details.

• Once this is processed you will be issued an acknowledgement letter with a reference number by post, you should have this with you at all times of operation (hard copy or electronically). Please note you do not register your stall to the Marlay Park. If you have any queries or difficulties submitting online food business notifications you can contact the Environmental Health Service at foodbusinessnotification@hse.ie .
