PPE (Hi-Vis vests) must be worn at all times during the Build & Break
Deliveries are ONLY acceptable to site on vehicles up to a MAXIMUM of 7.5 TONNE LORRY.
Any deliveries that arrive to site on vehicles larger than 7.5 tonne (that have not been pre-arranged with the organisers)
will be sent away as they cannot be facilitated.

All builds must be completed by time of site closure on Tuesday 10th of June to allow for final dressing and stock deliveries on Wednesday 11th of June.
N.B. All staff entering site must adhere to the site rules and regulations.

N.B. All deliveries and equipment must be in position on site by 11:00 on show days.

N.B. Under no circumstances must any personal property, exhibits, products or machinery be left in the venue after
16:00 on Monday 16th June.
Any items left in Merrion Square after this time will be disposed of and
the disposal fee will be charged accordingly.
Parking
There is NO Parking on site during the build, show or break times of the event.
In the vicinity of Merrion Square and the surrounding roads there are limited pay & display spaces.
The nearest car park is Q-Park Setanta. The car park is open 24 hrs.
