This form must be completed and returned to operations@equinoxevents.ie by Friday 16th May 2025.

Who Is Affected: Attendees, exhibitor/restaurant staff

Level of Risk: Low

Precautions/Actions: Ensuring all flooring is slip-proof. Ensuring staff have appropriate attire. Ensuring all electrical equipment is protected and recently been inspected.

Further Action: Continued monitoring of weather forecast online. Timely response to potential further risks.
